Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
At Spade&Steel, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no return / no refund policy.
Exceptions (When We’ll Make It Right)
Even though we do not accept returns, we will help if something went wrong on our end.
1) Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A photo of the shipping label
If approved, we may offer a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn’t available, we may issue a store credit (at our discretion).
2) Wrong Item Received
If you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we will send the correct item.
3) Missing Items
If an item is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photos of the package and shipping label.
Lost / Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If your package is missing after delivery, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors / building management

Contacting the carrier directly

Filing a claim with the carrier if available
If tracking shows the package is stuck in transit for an unusual period, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to sender or fails delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we do not offer refunds.
