At Spade&Steel, we work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review the information below for estimated processing and delivery times.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please note:

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Time
After processing, most orders are delivered within 10–20 business days.

Because we ship through fulfillment partners and international carrier networks, some shipments may take longer than expected.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow several business days for tracking to update after the shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking may show statuses such as:

Awaiting carrier scan
This does not necessarily mean there is a problem. It can take time for the carrier network to receive, scan, and update the shipment.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on inventory location and fulfillment routing.
Incorrect Address Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@spadeandsteel.shop. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted.
Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments
If your order appears delayed, please allow the full estimated shipping window before reaching out.
If:

your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time,
please contact us at support@spadeandsteel.shop with your order number and we will review the shipment.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will review the case with you.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. That said, we will always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
